Fork Yeah

The animated intro for ForkYeah was developed around the theme of Asian street food, aiming to combine a contemporary aesthetic with more vintage and tactile visual references.

The concept originated from observing the graphic communication used by various Asian food festivals, packaging designs, and street-style restaurants, where textures, collages, and colors are often combined to create a more authentic visual identity.

The project incorporates several techniques explored during the Mixed Media course at NID, integrating 3D elements, collage, and color correction.

Textures and noise were added to give the video a more worn-in, urban, and street-inspired look. The sound design also reinforces the urban mood, creating a visual rhythm that remains consistent with the overall concept of the project.
